Hose Reel and Deck Extension

We are proud to be associated with Dana Petroleum Netherlands for designing the deck extension and hose reel foundation for F2-A-Hanze platform.

Firstly a new 30 ton deck, designed by KCI, was successfully installed. Getting such a heavy structure in the right position and properly mounted to the existing structure required quite some effort.

Then, on 26 September, crew comprising of Dana and SEW on board F2-A-Hanze managed to land the new offloading reel, weighing 25 ton, safely on its new deck.

After having installed the reel, a 6 ton chute was installed by Conbit below the deck.
