What’s it all about?
As a Management Assistant, you play a vital role in supporting our leadership team and ensuring the smooth operation of our organisation. You will be the right hand of management, organising, coordinating, and streamlining processes to help us achieve our strategic goals.
What will you do as a Management Assistant?
You will provide proactive support to management by handling schedules, meetings, communications and making minutes of meeting. You coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met. You organize in- and external meetings and business trips. You also will prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
You are responsible for the front office and act as a key point of contact for team members and clients. You contribute to process improvements and help drive efficiency across the team.

What else is required for the job?
KCI Offshore Engineering considers it important for this position that you bring the following:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Fluent in English (written and verbal); Dutch is a strong advantage
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
• Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Key competencies: adaptability, assertiveness, critical thinking, quality focus, problem analysis, and result orientation
