KCI’s quality management system is built on the principles of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard.
The ISO 9001:2015 certification shows our dedication in understanding our clients’ needs and working with stakeholders to deliver high quality solutions, while continuously reviewing and improving the way we work.
Our daily performance is checked by an internal auditing system and process control checks. We regularly check our client satisfaction via client evaluations.
The quality assurance department is constantly searching for new opportunities for improvement in all stages of the design and engineering process. This will be done in close cooperation with the different disciplines and other relevant stakeholders. SMART defined quality goals are set out, monitored and periodically evaluated throughout the company.
