Description
‘Total cost of ownership' is the basic principle for each design. This involves research into the best designs, the most suitable materials and appropriate suppliers for each individual design, in collaboration with both the client and the subcontractors. KCI supervises this process, while providing recommendations and support during the purchasing of materials and services. Throughout the construction and installation phase, KCI engineers take the lead between the, in some cases numerous, parties involved in a design, manufacturing or installation process. KCI monitors the application of all project and safety requirements and verifies that legislation and regulations are complied with.
