Description
In collaboration with both the client and the subcontractors, the best designs, the most suitable materials and appropriate suppliers for each individual design are researched. KCI supervises this process, while providing recommendations and support during the purchasing of materials and services. Throughout the construction and installation phase, KCI engineers take the lead between numerous, parties involved in a design, manufacturing or installation process. KCI monitors the application of all project and safety requirements and verifies compliance with legislation and regulations. Project management is often undertaken by KCI engineers and not only comprises onsite implementation, but includes HSE, the provision of training, writing of relevant manuals and provision of recommendations on the purchasing of materials and services.
